Drop-off and Dismissal Tips and Reminders

With that being said, please keep the following in mind: Morning Drop-Off -Our campus does not open up until 7am every day. School Safety Survey

August 13, 2019 Dear Member of the School Community, We are asking our school stakeholders to complete a survey as a part of our participation in the “Safer Schools in America” grant project. The project is designed to support our efforts to ensure that our school is as safe and secure as possible for our students and staff. Vital Insight™ Inventory is an assessment that will help us better understand our collective knowledge and experience so that we can determine the best ways to reach our goals. Your feedback will help determine which new safety technologies we will be able to implement free of charge for three years. We expect this survey to take approximately 15-20 minutes of your time.

We wanted to make you aware during morning drop off, as long as your child is able to independently get out of their seat and open and close the car door without needing any assistance, you are free to use either our queuing lane or elementary dismissal gate for drop off. Both drop off gates are open for your use. This should help move our morning drop-off line along quicker. Important Middle School Dismissal Update

Middle School parents with pink and lime green dismissal dashboard cards. If you are picking up a Middle School student, we are truly asking from the bottom of our hearts: Please do not show up to pick-up your child until after 3:25. At this point as we refine our process, if you show up in line before 3:25 we will ask you to leave the line and loop around or park elsewhere since we are very congested and busy dismissing all of our K-5 families. Please continue to follow all other dismissal procedures and rules. Thank you as we continue to keep the safety of our wonderful ACA students the top priority.

There are no fire issues at all we are working with all parties involved. But we must say, teachers and students handled them PERFECTLY! Dismissal: We love our new shade!!!
