Unparalleled professional development.  Teachers receive targeted, relevant, and strategic professional development that focuses on lesson execution, data analysis, and school culture.  In addition, we provide time in the schedule for weekly professional development for teachers to work in grade-level teams and as a school.

Competitive Salary.  We offer a very competitive base salary with additional stipend/bonus options offered with most positions.  We believe extraordinary staff members should be rewarded for their amazing work, rather than having a salary scale that provides set increases for everyone regardless of performance.  We also offer a wide variety of optional opportunities including leading teams, after school programs, clubs, and others that provide additional compensation.

 

Outstanding Benefits.  ACA is a member of the Arizona State Retirement System, a defined benefit plan providing a lifelong retirement benefit and long-term disability insurance.  We also pay for 100% of the cost of health, life and dental insurance for employees.  Other benefit options include vision coverage, additional life insurance, short term disability insurance, a variety of additional retirement plan options and a section 125 plan.
