ACA School Meal Announcement

Arizona Charter Academy cafeteria staff will distribute food curbside. Breakfast and lunch will be served through drive-thru or walk-up service. Meals distributed on Tuesday, will be for Tuesday and Wednesday. Meals distributed on Thursday, will be for Thursday and Friday. Parents will be able to pick up meals for their children without the student present, but they will need to provide the student’s name or ID number at the time they drive or walk to pick up food. Meals will be charged according to their child’s free, reduced, or paid status: To serve our families better, we will be offering a meal delivery option to our students. Free Learning Groups and More Important Information

Hello ACA Families, We want to keep you informed with the following details in accordance with Governor Ducey’s Executive Order 2020-51. Free Learning Groups and Support Services Beginning on August 17, 2020, we will begin offering free learning opportunities and support services for students who need a place to go during the school day. This program is being held on site in Arizona Charter Academy’s gym, however the program is being staffed, run and managed by the Northwest Valley YMCA. They are leasing our space. Kindergarten and First Grade Materials Pick-Up Update

Kinder Update Kindergarten Parents! All kinder families, regardless of if they attended Kinder University will need to come pick-up materials this week. Your child’s math workbook needs to be picked up. Our supplier was delayed and we are hoping they will be ready no later than Thursday. If they come earlier, we will send you a messenger. So, for now, please plan on coming on Thursday to pick up your child’s math workbook and small art kit. Please call our front office if you have any questions. UPDATE: School Materials Pick-Up

ACA Parents, As you know, our school year will begin with distance learning. In order to prepare, we do need all families to come and pick-up your child’s tech device and materials. We will practicing the highest level of precaution during this process. Here is how it will work: If your last name starts with A-L you will pick-up on Tuesday August 4th If your last name starts with M-Z you will pick-up on Wednesday August 5th Pick-up is available 8am-4pm on both days. You can come through at any point during those hours on your assigned day.
