This is not an easy award to come by as all employees are surveyed by an outside organization. Results overwhelmingly showed our staff feel respected and valued!
ACA strives everyday to display our values of G.R.E.A.T. which are Grit, Results, Excellence, Accountability and Thoughtfulness.
These values are what our staff have leaned on particularly in the last few months of school with having to rapidly switch to distance learning and ensuring all students still had access to a great education.
