  • Monday morning Professional Development and PLC's for all staff.

  • Monday afternoon new teacher focused PD- 3 times a month.

  • Differentiated professional development opportunities to meet you where you are at in your teaching career

  • Create a professional growth plan to further develop you as a professional and enable you to help every student progress

  • Weeklong workshop just for teachers new to ACA to help with strategies to be successful through the school year. PLUS 1 week with all returning teachers

Teachers in PLC

Every teacher has a 1 on 1 coach that serves as a mentor.

They meet weekly and provide support through direct learning opportunities such as:

  • Classroom observation

  • Classroom set-up

  • Classroom systems

  • Classroom management

  • Curriculum and content support

  • Curriculum planning

  • Differentiation

  • Specialized support for instructional specialists

  • Assessing and reporting

  • Data Analysis

  • Professional communication

  • Professional growth and evaluation support
