In December, our ACA 5th graders were able to attend Biztown. Students have been working in their classrooms since the beginning of the year where they have learned about working in and being consumers in today's world.
They have created business plans, calculated operating costs, designed marketing campaigns, voted for city officials and explored careers.
They were finally able to put all of their skills to work by becoming employees and consumers for a day at JA BizTown which is on-site learning facility that features more than 40 different businesses and industries!
