ACA Parents,
It was announced from Governor Ducey and Superintendent Hoffman this morning that Arizona schools campuses will not be reopening for the remainder of this 19/20 school year. This means ACA will be continuing with our current distance learning plan through the rest of our school year.
Our grab and go food program will continue to be available throughout this campus closure.
We echo the announcement as this was not the outcome we were all hoping for, however, ACA Administration and teachers have worked tirelessly the last few weeks to create a distance learning program that is fully sustainable through the end of the school year. We are confident your children will continue to learn and grow and maintain a communication with their teachers for the remaining 8 weeks of the academic year.
Some reminders:
Students have the option to participate in the live lessons or do the recorded lessons.
Students should be logging in daily (5 days a week) if at all possible and completing the assignments.
Students do have the full week to complete the assignments.
As ACA students, parents and staff get in the swing of distance learning we will give additional academic content and elective work to participate in.
We are currently working on a plan for refunds for anything already paid for. We will have further details on this by April 2nd.
We will continue to stay in contact with you and provide any additional details.
As always, we are ACA Bulldogs and we are in this together.
Thank you,
ACA Administration
