Short Term Device Protection/Maintenance Plan (DPMP)
As part of the schools 1:1 technology initiative, if a student is home sick or needs to quarantine, parents have the option to enroll in the school’s short term DPMP. Enrollment in the plan will minimize the potential repair and/or replacement costs associated with the device.
By selecting this plan you agree to pay a fee to be enrolled in the DPMP of $15 per device with a max family plan of $45.
If a device becomes damaged, your student will take it to ACA Technology Department and would follow the schedule for repair. Under the short term DPMP, if the device is lost or stolen, a reduced fee of $150 will be assessed. Enrollment in the DPMP does not begin until the payment has been received by ACA.
