Arizona Charter Academy is a school that is committed to creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as we strive each day to be a K-8 school of excellence in every way.

ACA's Commitment to Diversity,
Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Commitment....

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging are paramount. We value and promote the aspects of people that make them unique. We believe our teachers, students, and parents should be celebrated, thus we educate, train, and hire in an effort to honor our community.

We strive to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and value. This belief is part of the school’s mission, to educate students in a way that encourages cultural awareness, pride, and respect for themselves and others.

We are committed towards empowering every student and teacher in fostering an authentic learning and work environment.
