Student of the Month Assemblies a Part of ACA's Student Culture
At ACA we believe in celebrating victories, no matter how big or small. Every month, we hold Student of the Month assemblies where our teachers pick a student that stands out above the rest. We hold a monthly assembly where we invite their families and recognize them in front of their classmates and families. It’s always a fun time for all!

ACA Volunteers With 10+ Years Of Dedicated Service To Our Students
Mrs. Bev and Mrs. Jody have been working with ACA students for over 10+ years on a completely volunteer basis. They help our students with reading and literacy and have worked closely with Ms. Hernandez (currently a Kindergarten teacher) throughout the years. They recently presented a book they wrote, illustrated and published to one of our Kindergarten classes. Thank you Mrs. Bev and Mrs. Jody for your time, efforts, care and love towards the students at ACA!

Former ACA Student and Athlete Receives Athletic Scholarship
We are proud of our former student, DaiSean Kirk (class of 2015), as he was recently the recipient of a basketball scholarship to play for Ottawa University in the 17/18 school year. Ottowa University is quoted as saying “We feel that you have the educational background and the athletic ability to contribute to our program”. Great job, DaiSean! The Kirk’s have been apart of the ACA family for years and they still have 2 of their children in attendance. Once a Bulldog, always

Student Safety is Always #1 at ACA
Recently, ACA put up brand new playground safety rules signage. These signs have been a work in progress for some time and were compiled by the teachers that serve outside playground duty as well as input from the students. Teachers made sure the kids read and understood the rules the first day they were put up.
Great job teachers and students on keeping ACA a fun and safe place!
